Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 8-12 days. Tracking information is sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. We ship worldwide.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all orders. No questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your Luminyxs device simply contact our support team at support@luminyxs.com and we will process your full refund within 3-5 business days. You do not need to return the product to receive your refund.
